We want you to:

Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of software solutions.
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Drive best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.

This job might be for you if you have:

7+ years of experience with React.js
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines
Unit testing experience and knowledge of best practices.
Good understanding of programming best practices, clean code and design patterns.
Good English: Written and spoken.
Proficiency in Latvian (written, verbal).

Nice to have: PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ.
