Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with global financial clients to design user-centered, future-focused, industry-leading digital financial products.
Create seamless and intuitive user experiences that align user needs, business strategies and technical requirements.
Manage project activities to ensure UXDA clients goals are met while delivering the best value possible.
Conduct market and user research using the company's UX and design thinking frameworks.
Build product architecture, wireframes, user journey maps, red route scenarios and more UX deliverables.
Analyze and structure complex information into clear, logical product frameworks.
Advise clients on the impact of UX and its business benefits for their financial brands.
Empathize with clients, end users and team members to deliver needed solutions.
Think critically, embrace challenges and deliver optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with UX architects and UI designers to ensure consistency and alignment with brand design strategies.
Communicate fluently in English to establish strong client relationships.

Requirements

Experience in UX and design thinking
Experience in digital project management
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Knowledge of user experience design
A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who avoids cookie-cutter solutions
Strong team spirit combined with practical, solution-oriented common sense
Problem-solving open mind with a proactive approach
High accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent punctuality and organizational skills
Stress resistance and positive attitude toward work
A constant drive to stay updated on industry trends
Passion for creating an impact on the financial industry
Fluency in English and Latvian
