Job Brief
The ideal Project Manager for Paybis is a proactive and organized professional with a strong background in project management and partner management. With 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, they will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all business objectives are met efficiently. They are passionate about fostering strong business relationships, driving growth, and ensuring company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of projects, from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, expand market presence, and secure new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and satisfaction.
- Onboard and maintain relationships with new partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and resolve any challenges during the project lifecycle by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize business processes and workflows to improve overall efficiency and support project success.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or partner management, preferably within fintech, crypto, or payment-driven industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and building strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven skills in onboarding processes with Banks, PSPs, acquiring partners, etc., managing stakeholders expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira) and data analysis to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English (Russian is an advantage but not required).

- Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, expansion of the services.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, provide clear project updates, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Adaptable in dynamic environments, able to pivot and adjust plans as needed while maintaining focus on objectives.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Capable of identifying issues, analyzing data, and making decisions that positively impact business outcomes.
