We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our Sportsbook team in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and forming requirements for development.
Job responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from Product Managers and development teams.
- Form requirements for developers.
- Create and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and prioritized.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the gambling/betting industry.
Our expectations:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the gambling industry 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of the gambling industry, including regulations and market trends.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence/etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and software development processes.

Darba pienākumi:
- Definēt un komunicēt produkta vīziju, stratēģiju un ceļvedi.
- Apkopot un noteikt produktu prasības par prioritāti no produktu vadītājiem un izstrādes komandām.
- Noformēt prasības no iztrādātājiem.
- Izveidot un uzturēt produktu arhīvu, nodrošinot, ka tas ir labi organizēts un prioritārs.
- Nodrošināt atbilstību normatīvajām prasībām azartspēļu/derību nozarē.
Prasības:
- 5+ gadu pierādīta pieredze produktu īpašnieka amatā vai līdzīgā amatā azartspēļu nozarē.
- Spēcīga izpratne par azartspēļu nozari, tostarp noteikumiem un tirgus tendencēm.
- Pieredze ar agile metodoloģijām un rīkiem, piemēram, Jira/Confluence/u.c.
- Teicamas komunikācijas un starppersonu prasmes.
- Spēcīgas analītiskās un problēmu risināšanas spējas.
- Pieredze produktu dzīves cikla pārvaldībā un programmatūras izstrādes procesos.
