Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Unimars Group, a market leader in the Baltic maritime industry since 1993, is a strong and diversified company seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner. This individual will oversee the HR function and support our strategic business development plans.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategies with the companys business development plans and overall goals.
- Team Development: Engage in discussions regarding organizational structure and staffing needs; advise on key positions and required skills to support business growth initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition and Growth: Lead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent; develop strategies for employee growth and internal promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Employee Engagement and Support: Foster a supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected; implement feedback systems to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
- Transparent Motivation Systems: Design and promote transparent employee motivation and rewards systems that align with company culture and encourage high performance.
- Training and Development Initiatives: Identify training needs and collaborate with management to provide relevant training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to career advancement.
- Performance Management: Establish clear performance metrics and provide guidance to management on effective performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Organizational Culture: Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, reinforcing the companys values and enhancing teamwork.
- Change Management: Support the organization through transitions and change initiatives, ensuring that communication and training support successful implementation.
- ISO Standards Implementation: Lead efforts to integrate ISO standards into HR practices, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellence across the organization.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and strategies; provide insights on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness.
- Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with applicable labor laws and are consistent with business objectives.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on HR-related matters, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in large companies with multiple offices worldwide.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Russian.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.
