About your key responsibilities and impact:

Developing and driving growth strategies that align with clients' business objectives;
Analyzing business and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities;
Validating client requests by assessing their impact on core business KPIs;
Acting as a strategic partner to help clients optimize their product and business performance;
Advocating for scalable, high-impact solutions rather than short-term fixes;
Working closely with product teams, engineering, marketing, and account managers to align growth initiatives with business goals;
Staying ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging growth opportunities;
Identifying differentiators and refining product positioning to maximize business impact.
Establishing a structured metric framework (metric tree) to track and measure success;
Regularly reporting insights and findings to stakeholders to drive data-driven growth decisions.

Essential professional experience:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in growth-focused roles;
Strong understanding of client behavior and retention strategies;
Experience launching and scaling key product initiatives with measurable results;
Ability to identify large-scale growth opportunities and prioritize effectively;
Proven ability to proactively resolve cross-team challenges;
Experience leading and mentoring other PMs, analysts, engineers, and designers;
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of product metrics and experimentation;
Hands-on experience with market analysis, UX optimization, and marketing strategies;
Technical fluency able to constructively engage with engineering teams on implementation;
Upper-intermediate proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian;
Advanced proficiency in English.
