General description:
We are looking for an experienced and efficient business-development manager with the ability to find new veterinary products to increase company portfolio on EU and CIS markets. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the veterinary industry, as well as demonstrate the ability to build the entire chain of actions from concluding contracts with manufacturers to meeting the needs of customers. In the future, this area should become an independent project within the company.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably with the experience in the veterinary industry. Additional marketing education is preferred.
- Experience in a veterinary company as a marketing manager, sales manager
- English language, Russian language (for communication with foreign colleagues and partners).
- Deep knowledge of the veterinary market and the ability to analyse the potential of various products.
- Ability to collect and analyse data on customer needs and use it to develop marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Search for new veterinary products to increase company portfolio on EU and CIS markets.
- Analysis of the potential of the found products and assessment of their feasibility for introduction into the market, compiling a wish-list
- Assessing market capacity, drawing up a sales plan.
- Negotiating with manufacturers to conclude agreements for the supply of products.
- Organization of the process of supplying products from the manufacturer to the final client.
- Creation and implementation marketing strategies for new products.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for business growth.

- Salary 3200-4200 EUR based on interview results.
