Role Summary

As a Senior Java Developer, youll take on a key role in shaping, growing, and mentoring the team, while also driving the modernization of our platforms using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a modern tech stack: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and Azure cloud solutions.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance microservices and secure REST APIs.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and testers to design and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Guide the team in code quality, testing, and debugging, promoting best practices in unit and integration testing.
- Take ownership of technical leadership, mentor mid-level and junior developers, and promote high-quality coding and architectural standards.
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay on top of industry trends, lead peer code reviews, and actively contribute to research and innovation.
Key Skills and Experience
Core Technical Skills:
- Java 17+, Spring Boot / Spring Framework, software design and architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmo DB), Git, and Gradle.
- Solid understanding of security best practices in enterprise Java applications.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience leading complex projects and mentoring cross-functional development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in domains such as accounting, finance, HR services, or payroll.
- Familiarity with SAP, SAP HCM, or other Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
