We are looking for a new colleague in a dual role – Product trainer/Trade marketing specialist to join our team

In the role of product trainer you will:

• Develop group training programs and presentations that address business needs
• Be responsible for all planning, implementation and execution of training scheme across all customers and sales channels
• Train business partners employees as well as Miele employees
• Develop short, medium and long terms strategy for market.
• Effectively manage training budget

In the role of trade marketing specialist you will:

• Support key account managers in creating and implementing retail marketing plans according to marketing strategies.
• Develop tailor-made customer campaigns based on Marketing/category strategy, annual priorities and consumer insights
• Implement promotional calendar acrossall channels
• Work closely together with the Brand, Media and Comm Team to create POS communication materials
• Plan and implement product demonstrations at the POS

Competencies/Skills for position

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, economics and/ or strategy
• 3+ years business experience within Training and Development Management, Product Management, Marketing or Sales
• Natural interest for new technology and innovation
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills, with great attention to details
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Good understanding of B2B/commercial businesses in the respective Customer segment locally
• Customer centric mindset – service first
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, both in local language and English
