We are looking for a highly driven Product Designer to join our team. In this role you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management (If you have a desire to grow and take on new challenges, we will consider the opportunity for you to become a Product Owner as well), Engineering, and Marketing, to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs. Your work will have a direct impact on how customers interact with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
Improve user conversion, retention and engagement with design solutions across the whole product
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design process.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
Experience in Product Management is highly desirable
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (comfortable with auto-layouting, components and all the features Figma provides for efficient design work) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Precision and organisation when creating and maintaining designs
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
Strong ability to prioritize between business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent knowledge of English and copywriting skills is a big plus
