- Strong communication skills: Ability to work with testers from different countries and cultures with varying mentalities.
- Understanding of payment systems in online casinos: Knowledge of casino operations (deposits, wagering, wagering rules, sports betting, bonus systems).
- 1+ year of experience working with online casinos or White Label/Turnkey platforms that develop online casinos will be considered as an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Finding testers and assisting them throughout the testing process.
- Ensuring timely completion of tests and meeting deadlines.
- Compiling test reports and analyzing results.
- Identifying the root causes of errors in deposits and other functionalities on online casino websites.
- Completing tasks assigned by the client.
