Now, MyBee looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales Team Lead to join us in Latvia. Youll play a key role in driving our growth and leading the local sales team.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting the local Latvian sales team through the entire sales cycle
- Collaborating closely with the HQ team in Lithuania to align strategies and execute sales plans that drive MyBees growth in Latvia
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and improving our sales operations to drive better results
- Searching for new business opportunities and keeping an eye on market trends
- Leading sales outbound process
- Owning sales LV sales results and forecasting
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking meetups, actively engaging with potential clients and partners to drive growth
- Playing a key role in the sales team, where your ideas and input will directly influence our growth strategy and overall success.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience leading a sales team, with a background in roles like Key Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar
- Strong strategic thinking skills and a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs in Latvia
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing key clients and stakeholders
- A data-driven approach, with hands-on experience using key sales metrics and CRM
- Passion for innovative mobility solutions and a strong drive to contribute to business growth
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team
- Fluency in both English and Latvian.

Monthly salary:
- 3000 - 4000 EUR gross plus performance-based quarterly bonuses. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
