Responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle accounting in compliance with Latvian legislation
- Ensuring the completion of monthly/year-end closing procedures
- Collaborating with state institutions, submitting tax and other reports
- Preparing financial statements and cooperating with external auditors
- Handling of outgoing and incoming payments
- Participating in accounting processes at the group level
Experience and Skills:
- Higher education in accounting, economics or finance
- At least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant
- Proficiency in English at B2 level (writing and reading)
- Advanced computer skills in MS Excel
- Experience in managing multiple companies simultaneously
- Experience in transport logistics or international companies will be considered as an advantage
