Were seeking a hard-working Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot tricky (and not-so-tricky) problems all day, every day. This is an entry-level position, but prior experience working with customers is a must. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching gears quickly, and passionate about helping people. In this role, youd be the heart and soul of ITELVO.
IF YOU ARE:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English languages not less than B2 level (any additional language is counted as an advantage);
- You have highly developed client management skills;
- Able to work under the pressure;
- A creative problem-solving mindset to understand complicated customers needs and find the best solution.
DUTIES:
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical support;
- Assist in training Junior Customer Support Representatives;
- Working schedule includes day and night shifts.
