What will you do?
Join a growing iGaming Company as a VIP Department Manager!
- Ensure an exceptional experience for high-value players and potentially lead the VIP department
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through proactive and personalized communication
- Analyse player behaviour, monitor key metrics, and identify growth opportunities Develop and execute tailored retention and reactivation strategies
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and support teams to align efforts and ensure smooth VIP operations
- Cooperate and mentor VIP account managers, setting clear goals and KPIs
- Organize exclusive promotions, bonuses, and events tailored to the VIP segment
- Handle sensitive issues with discretion, diplomacy, and efficiency
What you need:
- Previous experience in a similar VIP or Account Management role within the iGaming, gambling or online entertainment industries
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential for communicating with international clients);
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile clients
- Data-driven approach with solid analytical skills Problem-solving attitude and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience and team management capabilities
Bonus points:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer analytics platforms
- Knowledge of additional languages (German, Norwegian, Portuguese, or Bulgarian preferred)
- Experience in organizing high-end player events or loyalty programs
