Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive After-Sales Analyst to join our central Product Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of After-Sales data to support performance evaluation and drive continuous improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain After-Sales metrics and KPIs using internal reporting systems, presented in a clear and user-friendly format
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and conduct in-depth data analysis
- Support After-Sales teams across Avesco International Dealerships with data-driven insights and evaluation reports
- Train colleagues on the effective use of internal service systems and reporting tools
