Baltic Shared Services Center (BSSC) is looking for a motivated and proactive IT specialist to join the team as a Delivery Lead in the IT System Support department.

This role is meant for you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as an Operational Manager, Vendor Manager or Team Lead in an international company;
• degree in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or other relevant education;
• experience in IT software delivery lifecycle;
• experience in IT Service Management;
• good organization and leadership skills;
• great communication and negotiation skills;
• self-motivation and attentiveness to details;
• good written and verbal communication skills.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• to be accountable for all parts of services delivered within certain portfolios;
• follow-up and control the delivery costs, time to market and time reporting;
• monitor and evaluate the overall delivery of IT Services, manage escalation and initiate mitigating actions, when there are deviations from the agreement;
• follow compliance to Service Level Agreement, analyze implementation time to achieve continuous improvement of delivery flow from Business request to actual release to end clients;
• develop plans and procedures to implement activities for quality and efficiency improvements within portfolios;
• resolve bottlenecks in the delivery process and ensure optimal capacity plan is followed within portfolios;
• plan and control portfolio teams staffing;
• act as main Point of Contact between supplier, customer, and 3rd party vendors;
• work in a multicultural environment, in close cooperation with BSSC service lines, Baltic Tele2 stakeholders and supplier.
