OROPAY is a FinTech company with an expanding range of services. Founded in Cyprus, we are regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus as an Electronic Money Institution and aim to help businesses and consumers conduct their transactions in a more convenient manner.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to foster healthy business growth and client satisfaction in our cozy Riga office.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES
- 2+ years of experience in online payments or FinTech industry;
- customer-oriented and revenue driven personality;
- readiness to take the initiative and ability to manage processes efficiently;
- team player and fast learner;
- fluent written and verbal English language (additional languages is an advantage).
DUTIES
- build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- proactively onboard, train, and support clients to ensure successful utilization of the Companys products and services;
- act as the first line of defense by identifying and reporting any compliance and AML issues;
- manage client complaints according to internal procedures to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction;
- collaborate with various departments and external service providers;
- recommend improvements to existing products and contribute to the development of new products.

- depending on experience, education and skills, monthly salary starting from 2 200.00 to 2 800.00 EUR (gross);
