Your responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for Telus Digital, handling phone calls, emails, and welcoming office visitors. Support office activities such as receiving/sending mail, managing meeting rooms, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate travel bookings and assist in organizing internal and external events. Ensure conference and training rooms are prepared, catering is ordered, and visitors receive excellent service.
  • Event and Corporate Identity Support: Assist in preparing and supporting events, including printing invitations and organizing advertising materials. Support on-site event activities (e.g., admission control, guest services). Ensure brand consistency in customer giveaways, presents, and all communication materials.
  • Administration and Facilities Support: Manage visitor lists, security badges, and ID cards according to security standards. Monitor stock levels for office, cleaning, and catering supplies and coordinate orders. Handle office storage organization and assist with general facility management.
Your skills:
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Latvian (C1). Other language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administration, office management, customer service, or similar roles is an asset.
  • Work-related Skills: Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented, positive, and proactive attitude. Creative problem-solver with attention to both details and the bigger picture.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required.
