- Manage Treasury Liquidity portfolios;
- Manage Interest rate risk in the banking book (IRRBB);
- Analyze economic and financial market developments in order to form expectations on their future dynamics so that to design and execute optimal investment and hedging strategies, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and constraints;
- Work alongside Treasury area professionals across our four home markets, with a focus on investments and risk management;
- Foster a culture of market risk awareness and calculated risk-taking;
- Impact shared risk perception in the organisation.
- In-depth understanding of bond portfolio management and market risk management areas backed by at least 5 years of experience in securities portfolio management and/or market risk management areas;
- Good knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets and financial mathematics;
- Relevant academic degree in economics or finance;
- Fluency in oral and written English;
- Good quantitative skills;
- Proactive and critical mindset, a strong sense of curiosity;
- Strong collaborative skills essential for working effectively within a team;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including storytelling capabilities, to be able to gather and share important information with stakeholders including senior management and bank's supervisors.
