Consistent excellence in this role can evolve into Senior Operations or Algorithmic Trader roles with an opportunity to work in our Singapore office. We dont do rigid hierarchies we promote people who deliver.

What You'll Actually Do

Automating and streamlining operational workflow with Python
Collaborate with engineers and traders to enhance internal tools and systems
Monitor exchange balances and transfer assets between platforms
Oversee trade lifecycles from deposits to settlements and reconciliations
Support financial data tracking and reporting with real transaction insights
Monitor key operational metrics, analyze the data, and translate insights into actionable decisions
Contribute to the day-to-day infrastructure of a fast-moving trading team

What We're Looking For

Strong Python skills, ability to code independently even without AI tools
Passion for automation, efficiency, and solving messy problems
Ability to work independently and own your impact
Comfortable in fast-paced environments and startup cultures
Interest in crypto/finance is a bonus, but curiosity is a must
Based in Latvia
Bonus: You want to live and work in Singapore someday
