JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting local recruitment processes for mostly Customer Support and Marketing positions, including screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support. Providing guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
- Assisting with the administration of our benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company's goals.
- Designing and implementing wellbeing programme and initiatives, such as stress management workshops, physical activity challenges, financial wellbeing resources, and more.
- Staying up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring our HR practices are compliant. Supporting the team with administrational tasks.
- Supporting and participating in various HR initiatives.
- Maintaining our Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate employee data.
REQUIEREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Latvian local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest and experience in implementing wellbeing activities will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in Latvian and English.

Prasības:
- Bakalaura grāds personāla vadībā, uzņēmējdarbības vadībā vai saistītā jomā.
- Pieredze (4+ gadi) personāla vadībā HR speciālist vai līdzīgā amatā.
- Spēcīgas zināšanas par Latvijas darba likumiem un regulējumiem.
- Teicamas komunikācijas un konfliktu risināšanas prasmes.
- Spēja veidot spēcīgas attiecības un efektīvi strādāt ar dažādu līmeņu darbiniekiem.
- Spēcīgas organizatoriskās prasmes un uzmanība detaļām.
- Patiesa interese un pieredze labbūtības pasākumu īstenošanā tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību.
- Brīvi pārvaldīta latviešu un angļu valoda.
