Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust business strategy to expand operations in Latvia.

- Head-hunt and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Oversee market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service offerings and ensure seamless logistics solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand presence.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development within transport, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in part load cargos and experience in the transport industry.
- Strong understanding of the Latvian market, with an established network of industry contacts.
- A results-driven professional with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Latvian or Russian is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Latvia or travel frequently to oversee operations.
