We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Riga team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience in international business support. No prior industry knowledge is required full training is provided.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international clients and partners in both English and Russian, ensuring clear and effective support across Europe, CIS, Ukraine and other regions
- Prepare and organize client or partner-related documentation, reports, and internal records
- Assist in gathering and reviewing company data
- Handle written correspondence and provide timely responses to client inquiries
- Contribute to various internal projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken, to handle communication across Europe and CIS/Asia; knowledge of Latvian is a plus, but not mandatory, as the role focuses on supporting international clients
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and precision the role involves handling sensitive data, dates, and documentation where mistakes are not acceptable
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Bachelors degree (or final-year student)
- Committed to invest 100% of energy and time to accomplish professional goals
- Talent, hard work, and ambition
- Experience in B2B client service is a plus but not mandatory
