Your main tasks / Tavi galvenie pienākumi:
- Process incoming tickets;
- Participate in investigations and root cause analysis;
- Act as the primary contact for incident management;
- Communicate with providers;
- Request API changes based on third-party requirements;
- Provide technical assistance to other departments;
- Monitor system components in the production environment;
- Prepare documentation or FAQs for other departments upon request;
- Ensure SLA requirements are met during incident management.
- Apstrādāt ienākošos pieteikumus (ticketus);
- Piedalīties izmeklēšanās un cēloņu analīzē;
- Darboties kā galvenajam kontaktpunktam incidentu vadībā;
- Komunicēt ar ārējiem sadarbības partneriem;
- Pieprasīt API izmaiņas atbilstoši trešo pušu prasībām;
- Sniegt tehnisko atbalstu citām nodaļām;
- Uzraudzīt sistēmas komponentes ražošanas vidē;
- Sagatavot dokumentāciju vai biežāk uzdoto jautājumu materiālus pēc pieprasījuma;
- Nodrošināt SLA prasību izpildi incidentu pārvaldības laikā.
Our expectations / Mūsu prasības:
- Experience in Tech Support, API management, or QA;
- Solid technical knowledge (network routing, REST API, Swagger API, log analysis);
- Practical experience with SQL;
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and spoken);
- Strong initiative and ability to "get things done;
- Team player mindset.
- Pieredze tehniskajā atbalstā, API pārvaldībā vai kvalitātes nodrošināšanā (QA);
- Stabilas tehniskās zināšanas (tīkla maršrutēšana, REST API, Swagger API, žurnālu analīze);
- Praktiska pieredze darbā ar SQL;
- Angļu valodas prasmes vismaz B2 līmenī (rakstiski un mutiski);
- Iniciatīva un spēja patstāvīgi paveikt darbus;
- Spēja strādāt komandā.
