ABOUT:
Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S3I) client is a global IT solutions provider specializing in digital transformation, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Currently, we are currently looking for Junior Accounting specialist with fluent German language skills to join them in Riga, Latvia!
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for independently handling financial transactions, supporting accounts receivable/payable and fixed asset accounting, maintaining process documentation and internal controls, and contributing to the optimization and automation of financial processes.
- Independent processing of business transactions in area of Finance & Accounting
- Support in Accounts Receivable / Payable management
- Support in Fixed Asset accounting
- Support with various daily tasks in accounting area
- Preparation and review of process documentation
- Independent review and documentation of internal controls in the finance area
- Collaboration in the optimization and automation of commercial finance processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully graduated or currently in the final year of studies in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least 1 years of work experience as a Junior Accountant in an international company
- Hands-on experience with ERP
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and German (B2-C1 level)
- Experience in successfully collaborating within international and virtual team environments
