JOB MISSION
We are looking for a technically skilled and business-aware professional to join the Credit Risk and Data Department. As a Technical Business Automation Analyst, you will help maintain and develop rule-based logic and data flows that drive our automated customer journey processes.
Youll collaborate with Risk, Fraud, Data Science, and IT teams to adapt systems to business needs quickly and effectively, ensuring traceability and performance. This hands-on role offers exposure to core lending processes and scalable risk technology.
OUTCOMES
Automation & Maintenance:
Update SQL and R/Python scripts for scoring models, customer flow logic, and risk decisions. Implement rule changes based on business hub requests.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Act as a link between business and technical teams. Translate requirements into clear logic and manage coordination with IT on deployments and tests.
Monitoring & Impact Analysis:
Track flow behavior, detect anomalies, and conduct impact assessments when changes are introduced.
Documentation & Ticketing:
Maintain logic documentation and help manage and prioritize tasks in Jira.
Innovation & Risk Optimization:
Assist in integrating third-party tools and support AI-based enhancements to risk processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong SQL skills
- Basic knowledge of R or Python
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication in Latvian and English
- Comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of fraud, scoring, or customer journey logic is a plus
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail

- Background in Risk, Data Science or IT
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other documentation tools
- Exposure to risk systems, APIs, data pipelines, or AI use cases
