Are you a sharp, proactive, and hands-on project manager ready to own end-to-end site installations for a growing chain of laundromats? 

Were expanding fast and looking for someone who can take full charge of setting up new locations from the ground up literally. 

If you thrive on managing complex projects, enjoy being the go-to person across teams and stakeholders, and can balance technical knowledge with street-smart negotiation skills - read on! 

· Lead all aspects of new laundromat installations from site planning to ribbon-cutting.

· Coordinate with suppliers to secure necessary power and gas upgrades. 

· Create project estimates and develop eAicient, functional layouts for new locations. 

· Source and manage contractors. 

· Handle permits and approvals with local authorities. 

· Supervise construction progress, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and on budget.

· A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers. 

· Experienced in construction, facility management, or related project roles. 

· Skilled at multitasking and unafraid to get into technical details. 

· A strong communicator and a skilled negotiator with external partners and authorities. 

· Able to read technical drawings and create layouts (AutoCAD or similar tools). 

· Fluent in Latvian, English (mandatory) and Russian (preferable).
