Content Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute the content calendar across channels, audiences, and formats.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and HR to create content that drives business and brand goals.
- Ensure content supports the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision, and loyalty).
Video Content Production
- Plan, script, and coordinate production of high-impact video content: podcasts, explainers, testimonials, internal comms, and brand storytelling.
- Manage timelines, assets, and publishing across platforms (e.g., YouTube, website, social).
- Ensure video content reflects our brand tone and supports both marketing and internal goals.
Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership
- Create and publish content that elevates our brand voice and positioning in the industry.
- Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blogs, videos, interview series).
- Develop pillar content (e.g., whitepapers, webinars) that reinforces credibility and authority in the market.
Employer Brand & HR Content
- Partner with HR teams to create content that promotes company culture and supports talent acquisition.
- Lead storytelling around employee life, company values, and culture initiatives through blog posts, short videos, and social media.
- Maintain a content stream that supports recruitment efforts and internal engagement (e.g., Day in the Life, team intros, behind-the-scenes).
Internal Communication (IC)
- Craft clear, consistent internal messagescompany updates, product announcements, culture content.
- Support all-hands meetings, internal campaigns, onboarding materials, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain internal content hubs (Confluence) and ensure timely updates.
Social Media & Distribution
- Manage organic social media presence, with emphasis on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Schedule and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and audience alignment.
- Collaborate with HR, product, and leadership to amplify company presence and employee advocacy.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Measure and report on content effectiveness using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, social insights).
- Apply insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate continuously.
