Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Assisting clients with account setup, transactions, and general navigation
• Investigating and resolving client issues or escalating when necessary
• Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality
• Collaborating with the product team to report bugs or suggest feature improvements
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Work experience in Customer Service, Communications, or related field
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic technical understanding of digital platforms and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support platforms
