Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Latvian HR team as an HR Assistant.

•Timely preparation and circulation of documentation for foreign drivers in accordance with Latvian legislation and regulations (including invitations, residence permits, etc.);

•Updating personnel records and databases;

•Regular communication with employees by phone, email, and in person;

•Providing support to employees on various HR-related matters from onboarding to resolving more complex issues;

•Scheduling and organizing necessary training sessions for employees in Riga;

•Communication with state institutions such as PMLP, ATD, CSDD, etc.;

•Contributing to the improvement and development of internal HR processes.

•Are confident in communicating with people of different backgrounds and personalities, and can handle non-standard situations;

•Have a solid understanding of HR documentation and Latvian labor law;

•Have at least 1 year of experience in logistics or transportation;

•Are accurate, responsible, and take initiative;

•Work well in a team;

•Are able to organize your tasks efficiently and make own decisions;

•Communicate fluently in Latvian, English, and Russian;

•Can manage multiple tasks at once and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
