Responsibilities
- Develop and lead all HR activities for the site in Riga, Latvia including developing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees at the new site fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Latvian employment laws and regulations, including labor contracts, working hours and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to share best practices, align HR strategies, and implement global initiatives at the Latvia site.
- Provide leadership and support to the HR team onsite, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay informed about local employment laws and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and compliance.

- Pilnveidot un vadīt personālvadības procesus Latvijas filiālē, papildinot personālvadības politiku atbilstoši LR likumdošanai.
- Palīdzēt darbiniekiem atrisināt viņu interesējšos jautājumus.
- Rūpēties par pozitīvu darba vidi
- Nodrošināt darbinieku nodarbinātību un darba laika uzskaiti saskaņā ar LR likumdošanu
- Sadarbībā ar citu filiāļu Personālvadības komandām, īstenot vislabāko stratēģiju Latvijas fifiālē.
- Atbalstīt un veicināt Personālvadības komandas profesionālo attīstību un izaugsmi.
- Sekot Darba likuma izmaiņām un nozares tendencēm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master´s degree preferred.
- Min 5 years experience in HR Management roles in an international organisation.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations with experience in ensuring compliance.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management and talent development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Fluency in English and Latvian languages for effective communication with local and global teams
Kvalifikācija:
- Bakalaura grāds cilvēkresursu vai saistītā jomā. Vēlams maģistra grāds.
- Ne mazāk kā 5 gadu pieredze cilvēkresursu vadībā starptautiskā organizācijā.
- Labas zināšanas LR likumdošanā
- Pieredze darba attiecību jautājumu risināšanā, darba izpildes vadībā un talantu attīstībā.
- Labas komunikācijas prasmes un spēja efektīvi strādāt ar visu līmeņu darbiniekiem.
- Izteiktas līdera prasmes, spēja vadīt un attīstīt komandu.
- Angļu un latviešu valodas zināšanas, lai nodrošinātu efektīvu saziņu ar vietējiem un citu valstu komandām.
