As Chief Product Owner, you will own and drive the transformation of Network Security services together with other IT Infrastructure areas, deciding and executing on long term strategy and ensuring smooth day to day operations with customer always in mind.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute the strategic vision for Network Security, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards
• Lead and participate in various modernization and strategic initives involving deliveries from area
• Manage full budget of area, including staffing, tooling, hardware and software agreements and subscriptions
• Manage relationship with external suppliers in respective area of responsibility, ensuring good support and adequate deliveries
• Empower Agile Product Owners and teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve
• Lead multi-national team located in different countries
• Build and develop a high-performing, T-shaped team with the right skills to meet current and future demands

What is needed in this role:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Solid previous experience in leading teams with complex and wide-spread deliveries
• Technical knowledge of generic Network setup, deep understanding of Network security, including components such as firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, etc.
• Experience in delivering big scale initiatives under pressure and in time
• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring other leaders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
