In Latvia, we are a small and dedicated team of 5 professionals working in Sales and Customer Service and now were looking for a new colleague to support our growth!

🌟 Your Role: Technical Support & Prospecting Specialist

We are looking for a technically-minded professional who understands how sensors and industrial automation components work and can support both the sales team and customers.
This role combines technical product knowledge, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication, with an emphasis on identifying new business opportunities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team and customers regarding our sensors and systems
  • Help with selecting the right products ( for example sensors or cables) and solutions for customer-specific needs
  • Manage and resolve technical requests and tasks from both current and new customers
  • Serve as a go-to expert for general and technical inquiries
  • Coordinate internally with our technical and logistics teams when needed
📈 Prospecting (Pool & Prospects):
  • Identify and qualify potential new customers (B2B) in Latvia and the Baltics
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects using tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Build relationships with prospects and assist in early-stage technical discussions
  • Support the sales pipeline with up-to-date contact and activity information

👤 Who You Are:
  • Interested in technology and how industrial components like sensors work
  • Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive and confident in speaking with both existing and new customers
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment

Requirements:
  • Technical background or strong understanding of industrial technology (automation, sensors, electrical components, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in Latvian and English (Russian or another Baltic language is a plus)
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, CRM systems, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a bonus (training provided)
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

💰 What We Offer:
  • Starting salary: From €1,700 gross/month (depending on experience)
