About Us

Were a growing eCommerce and web-focused company with a lean, agile-minded team that thrives on efficient processes, fast iterations, and clear communication. While we dont yet operate under full SCRUM, were actively working toward implementing a structured agile workflow - and were looking for an experienced SCRUM Master to help shape that process from the ground up. Our team, which started with developers and testers, has grown to include SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and security experts. Though still compact, we now cover all key roles needed to execute and deliver complete web projects in-house.

The Role

Youll own and optimize the SCRUM process for all our teams. But since were still a small team, were looking for someone who at the start can also help manage Jira boards, help with task specs and acceptance criteria, and use your tech background to support developers and content creators with clarity on any blockers.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews
Create and manage Jira boards, epics, filters, and workflows
Set up Jira automations, custom issue types, and dashboards
Collaborate with PMs and team leads to maintain clear, organized backlogs
Write and refine user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria together with PM and PO
Identify blockers and actively work with devs/designers/content to resolve them
Improve delivery flow and continuously optimize agile practices for a small, fast-paced team
Ensure sprint goals are realistic and followed through

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years as a SCRUM Master or Agile PM in tech teams Deep hands-on experience with Jira (admin-level ideal)
Solid understanding of web development: front-end, back-end, hosting basics Experience working with small teams or startups where improvement is key
Strong written communication for tickets, documentation, and requirements
Proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve team delivery
Able to coach team members on agile best practices and efficient Jira usage

Bonus Points For:

Experience in eCommerce or content-heavy web platforms
Familiarity with Confluence, Slack or similar tools
Ability to draft or review task briefs, technical specs, or backlog grooming docs SCRUM certification (CSM, PSM) or similar credentials
