What You Will Do:
  • Own and execute the whole recruitment process from Ad creation, hiring manager alignment, active sourcing, initial screening, and coordination with internal stakeholders to offer management 
  • Actively scout for exceptional talent across various platforms, leveraging both traditional and creative sourcing strategies 🕵
  • Network and build robust relationships within the industry to create a pipeline of top candidates for present and future roles 🤝
  • You communicate frequently and proactively to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience 🎯
  • Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest tech and trends in recruitment to attract top talent 🤖
  • Be Tech-savvy: You are confident using AI as your Co-Pilot and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Represent the Company at Job fairs and support our online presence to attract candidates

Preferred Background:
Experience
  • Several years of experience in Recruitment, ideally focused on IT and/or international markets.
  • Experience working with Candidates and Stakeholders from entry-level to Management

Hard Skills
  • Proficient use of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience matching skill evaluation through proven assessment methods
  • Fluent English, German would be a plus

Soft Skills
  • Organized and strategic, with a knack for managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently.
  • A communication maestro with the ability to sell our vision to potential candidates.
  • You think in systems, act with clarity, and keep calm even when things get dynamic 💫
