What you'll do:
- Safeguard our data: Maintain the integrity, consistency, and quality of client data and take proactive action to improve it.
- Optimise routine processes: Design and maintain automations and templates that save time for different groups of internal users.
- Turn data into insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards so key users can instantly see the performance of main processes.
- Enable new features: Implement changes to data objects, migrate existing data structures, and update templates and automations as needed.
- Connect the right tools: Manage plug-ins and connected services that enhance CRM capabilities, from PandaDoc automation to internal solutions.
You'll work hand in hand with
- Our Product Owner & Engineering Team - turning complex ideas into practical CRM solutions that actually work.
- Service & Operations Teams - digging into how they work today, spotting inefficiencies, and making the CRM an ally instead of a chore.
- Main Stakeholders - guiding them step-by-step through adopting new features so they stick and add value.
What you'll do together:
- Spot opportunities to improve based on your deep understanding of how our teams operate day-to-day.
- Map the ripple effect of new features on the CRM and make the right changes to support them.
- Pinpoint pain points and build smarter workflows, automations, and dashboards that save time and headaches.
- Shine a light on messy data, then lead the charge to clean it up and keep it in top shape.
