What Youll Be Driving:

Owning, facilitating, and conducting the product documentation writing/validating process;
Owning the product guides the creation process;
Conducting market research, analyzing market data, and owning the product discovery process;
Gathering customer feedback and incorporating it into the product development process;
Analyzing product performance and user interviews to suggest product improvements;
Assisting the product team in creating product requirements, specifications, and documentation.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

At least 1 year in the iGaming industry, ideally in Affiliation;
Understanding of affiliate marketing;
Understanding of affiliate system solutions and B2B approach;
Experience in product documentation and business specifications management;
Understanding of customer-facing product development and user experience;
Understanding of on-line and off-line gambling;
Previous product related or client facing experience, such as: Content Writer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Account Manager.
