We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Commercial Department to lead a 10-person team, drive business growth, and strengthen our global market presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the online gambling/iGaming industry, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing a commercial department or business development team, with expertise in goal setting, KPI management, and performance evaluation.
- Strong managerial experience, with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Expertise in budget planning, allocation, and forecasting, as well as a solid understanding of client pricing and invoicing models.
- Track record of successful negotiations and closing large-scale B2B partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Russian language knowledge will be considered a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm, with a results-oriented mindset.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Commercial department of 10 professionals, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
- Set team goals, define KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Establish and maintain high-level cooperation with Game Providers Amusnet, EGT Digital, and other emerging brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to maximize opportunities for business expansion.
- Oversee budget planning, performance forecasting, and revenue reporting for the department.
- Drive contract negotiations and ensure optimal terms for both the company and its partners.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally (Product, Marketing, Compliance, etc.) to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Provide the Senior Management team with market insights and data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences worldwide.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
