- Hold a Bachelors degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Are confident with tools such as Jira, Workable, CV-Online, or similar platforms.
- Are independent, systematic, and capable of managing several vacancies simultaneously.
- Have experience in remote hiring (considered a strong advantage).
Key responsibilities:
- Draft compelling job postings that attract high-quality candidates.
- Run end-to-end recruitment.
- Continuously improve the onboarding and adaptation system for new employees.
