What will you do:
- Ensure a smooth and accurate end-to-end invoicing process
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and operational reports with accuracy and clarity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Analyse data and provide insights to improve financial decision-making
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure data completeness and relevance
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
- Support the accounting team and substitute Senior Accountant on certain tasks when needed
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and willingness to deepen knowledge further
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently with high level of responsibility
- Initiative, proactivity, and readiness to go the extra mile
