Job description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, delivering support through our internal system, live chat, and email. You will advise clients on everything from selecting the right product to successful installation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role is ideal for someone with IT knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.


  • Provide support via internal system, live chat, and email.
  • Advise customers on SSL/TLS product selection and installation.
  • Assist with account management, renewals, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle customer requests efficiently and responsibly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical and service-related issues.
  • Continuously learn and improve your knowledge in IT security and SSL technologies.
