Solution Expert (IT / System Administrator)

We are now looking for a Solution Expert (IT / System Administrator) a hands-on professional who ensures that our systems and infrastructure remain reliable, secure, and ready for the future.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve corporate IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, printers, scanners, local firewalls, access management Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
- Participate in evaluating hardware and software solutions for customer projects
- Implement and maintain desktop and server systems following best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation and the development of IT policies and standards
- Support and ensure compliance with established security policies
What we expect
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, networking, and virtualization (VMware)
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network devices
- Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, and VPN technologies
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluent English, both written and spoken for close work with international customers
Experience with Office 365 / Azure, DevOps, Palo Alto, Cisco, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure as Code, or Zabbix will be an advantage.
