Job mission and goals
Mission of the role:
Own and drive the development of DelfinGroups Lithuanian consumer lending systems by bridging IT and business needs including delivering a new LMS system implementation with strong structure, speed, and clarity.
Outcomes:
3 - 6 months
- Take full ownership of the Lithuanian consumer loan system development
- Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, retrospectives, and scope alignment
- Deliver a detailed product plan and define the MVP scope
- Ensure full readiness for handing over clear technical requirements to external developers
6 - 12 months
- Lead MVP development of the new Lending Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate development sprints and vendor communication
- Manage scope, deadlines, and QA testing
- Successfully deliver MVP in production while continuing development of the Lithuanian system
Onwards
- Lead Phase 2 of the new LMS rollout with extended features and integrations
- Complete post-implementation analysis and backlog planning
- Drive migration to new LMS and decommissioning of the legacy platform

What you bring:
Proven experience as an IT Product Owner or Project Manager in fintech, credit, or tech-heavy domains
Hands-on practice with Agile / Scrum (sprint planning, backlog, refinement)
Experience in implementing or migrating systems (LMS, CRM, or similar)
Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integration, and data flows
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile documentation standards
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience managing external development partners
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus

Offered salary for this position is starting from 3 500 EUR gross.
