As a Junior partners account manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining and opening corporate bank accounts, ensuring smooth communication with financial institutions, and supporting the overall stability of our partner ecosystem.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in maintaining the banking infrastructure and settling the payment channels network.
- Supporting communication with existing banking and payment partners under the guidance of a mentor.
- Participating in negotiations with payment and banking partners.
- Conducting market research and contributing to strategic materials.
- Assisting the team with ongoing operational cases and participating in business trips or exhibitions (when needed).
What we're looking for:
- Basic understanding of fintech, payments, banking, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle large amounts of new information.
- Strong self-organization skills and the ability to structure tasks.
- Understanding of banking protolocs / regulatory payments landscape / banking compliance - would be a BIG plus.
(You will have a mentor during your first month to support your onboarding and make the learning process smoother.)
