Go-to Brands AS is a fast-growing Norwegian company behind several successful D2C brands with Vessi Nordic Skincare as our largest.
We've reached €12M in annual revenue, growing 50%+ year over year, and we operate across seven European markets.
We are now expanding our international operations and looking for an Operations Manager to support our growth across Europe.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, global e-commerce environment perfect for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and working closely with logistics, finance, and product teams.
What you'll do
- Support and coordinate daily operations across Europe (logistics, supply chain, finance coordination, customer experience)
- Track stock levels, delivery times, and fulfillment performance and solve issues before they become problems
- Follow up with suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL partners across several countries
- Assist with forecasting, purchasing, and production planning
- Support product development processes (packaging, sourcing, documentation, compliance)
- Maintain reporting routines with external accountants and internal teams
- Proactively spot inefficiencies and propose smarter ways to work we appreciate people who improve things, not just maintain them
Employee requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or cosmetics-industry
Higher education in business, operations, supply chain, or similar (experience can compensate)
Strong communication skills and comfortable working across teams and time zones
Structured, organized, and able to keep several tasks moving at once
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Confident using Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools
A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership not waiting to be told what to do
