The HR Manager will be the people and culture lead for Dynatech in Latvia, acting as a strategic partner to IT and Finance leadership. The core mission is to strengthen team spirit, build a unified culture, and ensure stable, high-quality HR operations in a fast-paced international technology environment.
Key responsibilities
People leadership & culture (core focus)
Act as the people and culture lead for Dynatech Latvia, strengthening team spirit, trust, and a shared company atmosphere
Drive engagement and internal communication initiatives in cooperation with PR/Communications
Support IT and Finance leaders in building strong, motivated, and resilient teams
HR partnership
Serve as a strategic HR partner to IT and Finance leadership on talent acquisition, people, organizational, and performance topics
Lead and coordinate HR specialists in Latvia
Cooperate closely with Group HR Operations and provide HR support for the India IT team
Core HR ownership
Own end-to-end HR processes: recruitment & onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance
Ensure high-quality HR operations, HRIS accuracy, reporting, and continuous process improvement
Requirements
3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech and international organizations
Higher education in HRM, Management, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience working with large, complex teams
Strong, proven people leadership and team-building capability, including leading HR teams and partnering with senior managers
Demonstrated ability to build, strengthen, and sustain a positive company culture aligned with business goals
Experience in matrix / international environments preferred
Solid knowledge of modern HR practices (performance, engagement, compensation, change)
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and resilience
Languages: Fluent English & Latvian required; additional languages highly valued in an international, multi-country environment.
We offer
Gross salary: 4,500–5,000 EUR, depending on experience
Annual KPI-based bonus
Health insurance (after probation period)
Hybrid model: 4 days office / 1 day remote
Office location: Riga, Jeruzalemes iela
