Job responsibilities:
- Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals that drive business impact;
- Drive Development: Collaborate closely with design, development, and data teams to launch new features, enhance existing products, and ensure a seamless user experience;
- Analyze and Optimize: Track KPIs, conduct user research, and gather feedback to continuously improve our products, optimizing for engagement, retention, and satisfaction;
- Champion the Customer: Use data and insights to anticipate player needs, prioritize key features, and deliver experiences that captivate and engage;
- Foster Collaboration: Act as the bridge between departments, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
Our expectations:
- Product Experience: 3+ years in a Product Manager role;
- Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading projects from concept through to launch;
- SAFe framework knowledge is considered a plus;Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from user data, market research, and competitor analysis;
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Passion for iGaming: A keen interest in online gaming and a solid understanding of player behaviours and trends.

- Produkta stratēģijas vadība: definēt un īstenot skaidru produkta vīziju un ceļvedi (roadmap), sabalansējot īstermiņa ieguvumus ar ilgtermiņa mērķiem, kas veicina biznesa ietekmi;
- Izstrādes virzīšana: cieši sadarboties ar dizaina, izstrādes un datu komandām, lai ieviestu jaunas funkcijas, uzlabotu esošos produktus un nodrošinātu nevainojamu lietotāju pieredzi;

Mūsu prasības:
- Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze produktu vadītāja amatā;
- Padziļināta izpratne par Agile metodoloģijām un pieredze projektu vadīšanā no koncepcijas līdz ieviešanai;
- Zināšanas par SAFe ietvaru tiks uzskatītas par priekšrocību;
- Analītiskās prasmes: uz datiem balstīta domāšana ar spēju gūt noderīgas atziņas no lietotāju datiem, tirgus izpētes un konkurentu analīzes;
- Izcilas komunikācijas prasmes, lai vadītu starpfunkcionālas komandas un ietekmētu lēmumu pieņemšanu visos līmeņos;
