General responsibilities:

You will plan, install and operate exciting applications for our customers in the healthcare sector, both in our own data center and in the cloud.
You will ensure the availability of the Foundation Services (e.g. DNS, IPAM, DHCP).
As a technical contact person, you will advise our customers on architecture and technology issues.
You will be responsible for service operation (e.g. incident and change management) and will involve other departments as required.
You will work together with our nearshore team members and integrate them into the workflows.

Job requirements:

You have a degree in (business) informatics, a technical apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, e.g. in the field of IT.
You are familiar with application architectures and have already gained experience in operating server applications.
You are familiar with the server operating systems Linux and Windows.
You feel confident in dealing with IT networks.
Ideally, you already have experience in working methods and processes according to ITIL.
You can communicate confidently in English, German language would be considered an advantage.
Teamwork and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently are among your strengths.

Monthly gross salary from 2250 to 4000 EUR, depending on your level of expertise
