Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, economics or law.
- Previous job experience in related field.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Excel).
- Fluent in Latvian and advanced level of English languages (both written and speaking). English is necessary for communication with an international team of engineers and foreign partner companies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Main responsibilities:
- Assist the project team in managing timelines, deliverables, and documentation related to plant planning and technical coordination.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Prepare, format, and manage contracts, reports, technical specifications, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a communication bridge between technical staff, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth information flow.
- Maintain organized records of project documents, drawings, permits, and revisions using digital tools and project management systems.
- Help ensure that project activities align with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Organize travel logistics and documentation for team members visiting plant sites or supplier facilities.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, budget summaries, and performance metrics for management review.
- Independent optimization of internal processes.
